1 Acceptance of Terms and Conditions

5 Bonuses, Promotions & Rewards Program

All bonuses and promotions offered by bpjs77 are subject to the specific conditions stated alongside each offer. General conditions applicable to all bonuses are as follows:

• Wagering Requirement: All deposit bonuses must be wagered a specified number of times (typically 5x to 20x) before winnings can be withdrawn. The exact ratio will be stated in each bonus offer.

• Self-exclusion: Members who apply for permanent self-exclusion will not be able to reopen their accounts within the specified period.
• Terms Violation: bpjs77 reserves the right to close the account of any member who violates these Terms without prior notice and without any obligation to return bonus balances with outstanding wagering requirements.
• Inactive: Accounts inactive for 12 consecutive months may be subject to a monthly administrative fee or closure at bpjs77's discretion.

Once an account is closed, all valid cash balances (excluding bonuses) may be claimed within 90 days. After that period, bpjs77 reserves the right to forfeit any unclaimed balance.

9 Liability Limit & Disclaimer

• Internet service disruptions, network issues, or hardware failures on the user's end.

In any event, bpjs77's maximum liability to any member shall not exceed the net deposit amount made by that member in the 30 days preceding the claim.
